Acceptable use & content takedown
Last updated 1 November 2026
Sensoreal Brand Protocol hosts brand guidelines and files that you create, and can publish a brand book at a public link. This page sets the rules for that content and explains how to report a problem. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. What you must not host or share
You must not upload, publish, or share content that:
- belongs to another person and you do not have the right to use it, or that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary right;
- is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, or racially or ethnically objectionable;
- is harmful to a child in any way;
- deceives or misleads the recipient about its origin, or impersonates another person or organisation;
- contains software viruses or code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit any computer resource;
- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incites an offence;
- is patently false and misleading and is published to deceive; or
- violates any law in force.
You must also not use the Service to send spam, to scrape or reverse-engineer it, to attack or probe it, or to resell it without our written permission.
2. Public share links
When you publish a brand book to a share link, anyone with the link can open it without signing in, and you are responsible for what it contains. You can revoke a link at any time from the brand card. Share pages are marked so that search engines do not index them.
3. Reporting content
To report content that you believe breaches this page or infringes your rights, email the Grievance Officer at support@sensoreal.in with:
- the address of the content (for a shared book, its link);
- what the content is and why it is unlawful or infringing, and for an intellectual-property claim, the work you own and proof of ownership;
- your name, address and contact details, and a statement that your complaint is made in good faith.
We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and act on them within 15 days. Where a court order or a notice from an authorised government agency requires it, we remove or disable access to the content within 36 hours of receiving it. We may preserve records of removed content as the law requires.
4. What we may do
- Remove or disable access to content, or revoke a share link, that breaches this page or the law.
- Suspend or end the account of anyone who repeatedly infringes, or who commits a serious breach.
- Tell you what we removed and why, unless the law prevents it. You may reply to the Grievance Officer to contest a decision.
- Cooperate with lawful requests from courts and government agencies.
5. Reminder
We show these rules whenever you accept or re-accept our Terms, and we email you when they change materially. See also our Terms & Conditions and Grievance redressal page.
