1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Eligibility. The Service is intended for business use by adults. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to create an account or use the Service, and by signing up you confirm that you are. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account, and we may suspend or delete an account, and the data in it, if we learn that its holder is under 18.

2. The Service

The Service lets you create, edit, version, and export structured brand-guideline documents and related assets within organization workspaces. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

3. Subscriptions, billing & credits

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment partner, Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are the total amount charged at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• Generation credits, where applicable, are consumed when you generate a document and are non-transferable.
• Automatic renewals are collected through a recurring-payment mandate (card, UPI AutoPay or e-mandate) that you authorise with your bank at checkout; your bank or Razorpay will notify you before each debit as required. An invoice is issued for every payment and can be downloaded from Billing settings. GST is not currently applicable; if it becomes applicable it will be shown separately on invoices.
• You can cancel at any time from Billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
• Upload malware or content you don’t have the rights to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or misrepresent the Service without our permission.

5. Your content

You own the content you create — your brands, guideline documents, and uploaded assets. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and your workspace members.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and the SBGB framework, is owned by Sensoreal Enterprises and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our brand or software except the right to use the Service as permitted.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensoreal Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
